Annabell Franklin needs a little refresh. A cabin, a staycation, and a little rest is just what all busy life needs. Thankful for a little time she embraces the great outdoors. Imagine her surprise when she discovers the quaint cozy little cabin is already occupied.
Callum โMaverickโ McBride has two options when he discovers that a stranger has just crashed into his rental. Will he send her on her merry way or negotiate a solution because she’s cute and persuasive?
What will happen when Annabelle discovers who Callum is?ย It’s time for a new playbook, a few rules, and a chance to crash a wedding in this spicy story. It would not be a Sara Ney adventure if there wasn’t a little bit of shenanigans, a few laugh out loud moments, and banter.
Would you agree to stay in a cabin with a stranger? Hopefully they have enough snacks, bug spray and sweaters…it is fall ;). Looking forward to the next book in this series and see what shenanigans it brings.
Always honest, always my own, and thankful to Montlake Publishing for an advance e-arc.

Falling for the Fake Lumberjack (Axes and Endzones Book 1) by Sara Ney. Inside you’ll find…
Small-town romance, he falls first, golden retriever vibes, Football player x yoga teacher, and a case of mistaken identity
A misunderstanding, an assumption, and a secret create the perfect recipe in this outdoor mix-up. No one wants to be kept from the one secret that could change everything.
An escape to a cottage by the lake sounds perfect for Lucy LeBrandt. A scenic escape to recharge and refresh. Will she finally allow herself to open up, trust, and discover love?
Pro NFL player Harris Bennett is attending a retreat with his teammates to bond. One flannel later and he’s now a lumberjack in disguise. For once he’s finally found someone who doesn’t know too much about him or his big secret…how long will he be able to avoid full disclosure?
A spicy slow burn with flirty texts and a two week time limit. Will what Harris and Lucy have expire or will they find a way to resolve the parts of themselves they have yet to share? They better act quickly and watch out for the poison ivy…handing outside in nature can be rather unpredictable.
Always honest, always my own, and thankful to Montlake for a gifted advance e-reader copy.

A new Job.
A new City.
A new roommate.
Lots of banter, chemistry, and shenanigans.
How long will Poppy and Turner last before they give in to their feelings?
How long before everyone around them realizes what’s going on?
For readers who enjoy sporty romances with plenty of banter, spice, and laugh-out-loud moments.
While this is the third book in a series it can be read as a standalone. However, there are so many great secondary characters check out the other books in this series available in Kindle Unlimited.
A Scorchin’ hot read that has multiple intimacy scenes, some may be โextra spicyโ and/or graphic. Some scenes might include a dash of โtie-me-up-tie-me-downโ play such as light bondage or sex toys as characters explore their curiosities and desires.
I received an advance reader copy from the author for an honest and fair review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Nova Montagalo’s has three simple rules for dating…
Ruleย #1ย Don’t waste time.
Ruleย #2 Don’t date her brother’s teammates.
Ruleย #3. Never break the first two!
Luca Babineaux is about to discover what happens when his dating app delivers him a gift from the gods!
One overprotective twin brother, one hockey player who has desired his teammates sister from afar, dating rules, a giraffe mug, and one haunted vagina.
Nova and Luca are going to test each other as they figure out what it is they really want. It’s challenging enough to date as a professional athlete so when Nova and Luca attempt to fly under the radar…there is many shenanigans to be had!
A fast-paced plot, interconnected characters, plenty of witty banter and laugh-out-loud texting with relatable mishap moments. Fast fingers anyone???
While this is the second book in a series it can be read as a standalone. However, there are so many great secondary characters that you might enjoy Hit Me With Your Best Shot which is also in Kindle Unlimited. I can’t wait for Poppy’s story which is scheduled to arrive this fall.
This Spicy Read has exploration that is more explicit between characters that may include dirty talk, detailed intimate moments, or suggested desire of what they would like to do with their partner. This moment might also be expressed before, during, or after intimacy, spicy e-mails, letters, or texting.
Readers can expect multiple detailed scenes or momentsย that leave no doubt there is a medium level of heat.
While my arc copy never downloaded, I purchased this book after publication. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

There are multiple intimacy scenes, some may be โextra spicyโ and/or graphic.
When Austin Adams meets a guy who offers her two tickets to a game for her favorite hockey team it will change her life forever!ย
Gio Montagalio is a goalie who discovers what happens when a little roasting becomes the very thing he needs to ignite his performance.
Sometimes it pays to be brutally honest with strangers. A fun meet cute and that is woven in and out of the plot with ease!
With a cast of characters from Gio’s twin sister Nova to the team this book is filled with hockey shenanigans, sexy banter, laugh-out-loud moments, a loveable dog, and so much H-O-T hockey action both off and on the ice.
The chemistry is scorchin’ hot and the plot arc is filled with so much flirty fun! I can’t wait to see where this series goes next. We have a teasing of our next FMC and MMC and I’m all in for that!
