Jock Row (A Jock Hard Novel) by Sara Ney is a must read, and officially one that I plan to re-read. As I have sooo many new book adventures waiting, that’s got to tell you all you need to know. Seriously though, if you’re looking for a captivating and well written friends-to-lovers story, this is for you.
If you’ve read Sara’s Douchebag series, this is even better. Wait, how can that be? Sara has surpassed my expectations and I’ve fallen in love all over with her world. It’s time to meet Scarlett, the woman who is known around campus for blocking all the Jocks from any action. I. Love. This. In one swift moment she will be banished from any and all parties. Can a woman who has one tiny secret rise about the rumors and defy those who stand in her way?
Ahhh….let the games begin. One of the things I love about Scarlett is that the guys who have deemed her a nuisance, have no clue who she is. What would you do if you were banished? There is something seriously sexy about a character who isn’t intimidated by what other people think. There is only one problem for Scarlett, the very man whose sole job is to keep her out is the one who will do his best to melt her heart. It’s time to get your heart squeezed. Who falls first? Watch this love ignite and burn. Hold onto your e-readers, it might spontaneously combust!

There is a raw and natural tenderness to the dialogue, the emotions between Scarlett and Rowdy will leave you giddy, and you’ll finish the book wishing there was more. It’s Real. It’s awkward. It’s full of laugh-out-loud moments. It’s perfect! Sara has outdone herself!
Everyone deserves a Rowdy in their life. It’s time to break down the stereotypes and discover that love has no boundaries.
