The Millionaire Daddy Project (Men of the Zodiac) by Roxanne Snopek is a sexy, emotional and full of rich characters. I love when a great read has a cover that draws you in, and this most certainly does!
Dane Bergman is a power hungry business man that hates secrets and abhors lies even more! When his employees push for an internal daycare he balks at the idea. Itâs not until he discovers the truth regarding a child he never knew existed, that the daycare option doesnât seem so terrible.
While this alpha male can run a mega corporation, he has no clue what to do with a child. Roxanne is brilliant when she tackles the simple task of cooking a child dinner. For those who have had the pleasure â itâs brilliant and raw!
Tired of how heâs handling his personal life, his personal assistant Pamela Atwater has a 30 day plan to turn this stiff and dodgy man into a hands on dad. In order for this plan to work, he needs to make his daughter a priority. Dane is one step ahead of Pamela and has a few conditions for her too. Will she accept? Can he win over a four year old? Will he find out that heâs capable of loving and being loved?
I received this ARC from the publisher for a fair and honest review. I enjoyed reading this book (the Men of Zodiac Series) and look forward to the next one soon! I love when I find a new author to read and will be downloading another book from Roxanne soon!

Her fictional heroes (like her own real-life hero of 25+ years) are swoon-worthy, uber-responsible, secretly vulnerable and occasionally dough-headed. Animals love them, too, which is a huge plus! Her books have hit the Kindle Top 100 and the Barnes and Noble Top 10 list numerous times, and have been shortlisted for various awards.
Avid gardener, soup-maker and bread-eater, Roxanne writes from British Columbia, Canada, surrounded by dogs, cats, deer, squirrels and occasionally bear and bobcat. When she thinks of it, she does yoga and cleans the house. Well, not that last thing.

Will Brody finally appreciate her mind or fall for her body instead? Her talents surprise him and send his libido into overdrive.
Corporate takeovers are usually messy and this one is no exception. When Kateâs father asks her to go too far in helping him win back his former company she has a decision to make. Will Brody find saistcation once he gets what he wants? Both of them have issues to work through.

Love Walks In (The Shaughnessy Brothers Book 2) by Samantha Chase is a brilliant, charming and magical love story that shows us what happens when structure collides with the unexpected? It’s difficult to find love when you’re so scheduled that it needs to fall into your lap to discover it.
Hugh Shaughnessy has always had a plan and been in total control, it’s the only way he can guard his heart. Never in his wildest dreams could he imagine what unfolds at work. When Hugh meets Aubrey, its memorable and laugh out loud hysterical! This might just be what Hugh needs to shake him up, if that’s even possible.
For a man who has money and an amazing career, yes I am jealous ;), he’s still not fulfilled. There is something magical about Aubrey. Will she be the one to loosen him up?  It’s going to take letting himself go out of his comfort zone, off the scheduled and predictable path, to discover what he needs.
Aubrey Burke is hiding from a huge mistake and unintentionally falls into a temporary life of parties, wine, and a lot of great food. Will she find a happy-ever-after or will she push Hugh away? Will Hugh be the one to stop her from running?
Both have reasons for hesitation when love is involved. Will they be able to trust each other? When they wind up working together they will discover that not everything can be planed out. That theory that opposites attract is put to the test and it will be amazing. It will take a village of family and friends to get these two together.
I love the setting of this novel, it’s the perfect escape from the hectic work week. Sit back with a glass of wine, a decadent cheese plate and a few chocolate truffles and discover how yummy love can be.
Another must read sexy story that has amazing characters – each one has a purpose and there are a few that have become my new favorites! The Shaughnessy Bachelors are interesting, compelling and can handle the unexpected. Oh, did I mention super sexy too? This time the destination is a resort and a vineyard. Two places I would love to be right now!
Samantha, it sounds like we have much to look forward to for the Shaughnessy family. I can’t wait to see whose story is next and where we go!
I received this book from the publisher for a fair and honest review.
Excerpt:
Aubrey woke up the next morning and instantly groaned when she realized last night wasnât a dream. She had cried all over Hugh until she had practically collapsed. Then he had carried her to her bed and gently put her down, kissing her forehead. And just when she thought he had taken his chance to escape, he was back with a glass of water for her. He made sure she was comfortable, kissed her gently again, and then he was gone.
Ugh. The poor man must be wishing he had just let her rob his office and not interfered. She was a mess. A stinking hot mess. How in the world was she supposed to face him this morning, knowing he must think the same thing of her? Aubrey eyed the balcony, but it was too high to escape that way.
âNo more running,â she murmured as she climbed from the bed, still wearing last nightâs clothes. It wasnât particularly earlyâeight a.m.âbut she wasnât sure if Hugh was an early riser or not. Hopefully he was already down at the office. Sheâd shower and get herself feeling human again before seeking him out.
Thirty minutes later, dressed in one of her new outfitsâblack capris and a sky blue sleeveless blouseâAubrey stepped out into the living room. And froze.
Hugh was sitting at the breakfast bar drinking a cup of coffee and reading the paper. âGood morning,â he said. âI wasnât sure if you were big on breakfast, so I had them send up an assortment of foodâfruit, cereal, muffins, that sort of thing. If youâd like something hot like eggs or pancakes, we can have them sent up, too.â
He wasnât asking her to leave.
He was offering her breakfast like everything was completely normal.
Nervously tucking her hair behind her ear, she straightened in her spot. âListen⌠Hugh, about last nightâŚâ
He waved her off. âToday is a new day,â he said with a sincere smile. âOkay?â
There were so many things Aubrey wanted to say, but she took the lifeline he extended, returning his smile. âOkay.â She walked over to where the breakfast tray was. Her practical side told her to have some of the fresh fruit, but the other side urged her to have one of the giant muffins.
âThereâs banana nut, blueberry, and chocolate chip,â Hugh said as he watched her.
âAs much as I would love the chocolate chip one, I donât think itâs quite right for breakfast,â Aubrey said, sighing as she picked up the plate of fruit. Before she knew it, Hugh was beside her, taking the plate from her hands. âWhat are you doing?â
He leaned in and spoke to her in an exaggerated whisper. âYouâre technically on vacation. Itâs okay to have chocolate for breakfast. Besides, I wonât tell.â
She looked at him and couldnât help but giggle. âIt just feels so wrong.â
Now it was Hughâs turn to chuckle. âItâs okay. Live a little.â Without a word, Hugh put the muffin on a plate, handed it to Aubrey, and took her by the shoulders, directing her to the breakfast bar. âSit. Eat.â
And she did. It was quite possibly the best muffinâor breakfastâsheâd ever eaten. It felt completely decadent, and it wasnât until she was halfway through it that she realized Hugh was staring at her. Swallowing the last bite, she looked at him. âWhat?â
His face was resting in his hand and he was smilingâhe seemed to do that a lot. At least, he always seemed to be smiling at her.
âItâs good to see you enjoying a meal.â
Aubrey looked at him quizzically. âWhat are you talking about? I always enjoy my meals.â
Hugh shook his head. âI know I canât speak for how you normally eat, but since youâve been here, youâve been very reserved while you ate. This muffin? It was a completely different experience.â
She wanted to be a little bit offended by his observation, but couldnât. âIf you can believe it, thatâs the first time Iâve ever eaten baked goods for breakfast. It was never allowed.â
Hughâs shocked expression was almost comical. âHow is that possible? What about bagels?â
Aubrey shook her head.
âDonuts?â
âDefinitely not.â
âToast?â
She laughed. âThatâs not a baked good.â
âTechnically, it is. Bread is baked, therefore toast is a baked good.â
Aubrey rolled her eyes. âOkay, then to be clear, Iâve never eaten the kind of baked goods one would find in an actual bakery for breakfast.â
âThat borders on child abuse.â

Excerpt:Aidan had been watching this woman since her arrival. It hadnât been intentional, but he had been in one of the upstairs bedrooms when he saw her car pull up, and had watched in fascination as she inspected the yard. While he felt mildly guilty for causing the other decorator to lose her job, he couldnât help but be intrigued by her replacement. From what heâd observed so far, this woman was somebody who took notice of details. It wasnât hard to see the appreciation in her eyes as she looked at the house.
And he couldnât help but look at her with appreciation. The woman before him had fiery red curly hair and a body with the kind of curves that made a man want toâŚscratch an itch. Damn it. This was so not the time for that thought to come to mind. As she straightened before him, he had to admit she was even more stunning up close. Tall. In heels, she was maybe only four inches shorter than he and that was saying something. Most women didnât come close to his six-foot-two-inch height.
Aidanâs mouth went dry when she took off her sunglasses and he caught sight of the greenest eyes he had ever seen. She smiled and held out her hand in greeting. âMr. Shaughnessy, hello,â she said, her voice was just a bit husky. âIâm Zoe Dalton.â
For a moment, Aidan couldnât speak. He reached out and took her hand in his, fully intending to give her a business-like handshake, but as soon as he felt her soft skin, he pretty much forgot his own name.
You really have been without a woman for too long, he admonished himself. âMiss Dalton,â he murmured, forcing himself to focus. He shook her hand a little too roughly and released it as if sheâd burned him.
Zoe was equally speechless. Why did no one mention that this man was the sexiest thing on two legs? His rock star brother may have been nominated one of the sexiest men alive, but Riley had nothing on his older brother. Dark hair, blue eyes, and hands rough enough that Zoe wanted to feel them all over her. It was rare for a man to make Zoe feel small and delicate, but Aidan was built like a linebacker and managed to make her feel it now.
Zoe fanned herself briefly as Aidan turned and walked away.
And the view was just as spectacular from behind.
She almost groaned.
Her gaze was lingering on how fine he looked in those faded jeans when he cleared his throat. âI want you to look around this house, Miss Dalton, and tell me everything you see thatâs wrong.â
She swallowed hard and stepped forward. âEverything?â
Aidan turned to face her, crossing his large arms across his chest. âI want you to start at the front door and walk through the entire house.â
There was the potential here for things to go south very quickly. Beyond what sheâd read in Sarahâs files, Zoe wasnât familiar with his work, so she didnât want to risk offending him, but Martha did tell her to do whatever Mr. Shaughnessy wanted done without argument. With a brief nod of her head, Zoe placed her soft leather briefcase on the granite countertop, pulled out her tablet and began to type furiously, creating her own document on the house.
Walking to the front door, she stepped out onto the porch and swung the door closed before opening it again. âThe door sticks a little,â she began as she walked back inside. âThereâs some paint on the hardware on both the interior and exterior sides.â She closed the door and looked around the entryway. Stepping to the right, she opened a closet door and looked inside. âThere should be electrical in here. Itâs a deep closet so Iâm pretty sure people would appreciate having a light inside.â She closed that door and noticed that Aidan hadnât moved from his spot in the living area.
Pretending not to be bothered by him watching her like that, she stopped and made some notes on her tablet. There was a fabulous cubby unit across from the closet. It had coat hooks and plenty of compartments to house baskets and all kinds of decorative items. She ran her hand over the built-in bench and frowned. âThis needs to be sanded down more and another coat of paint added.â Turning to face him, she said, âChances are, a homeowner would cover this area with a cushion, but that doesnât mean that it shouldnât be smooth.â
If she wasnât mistaken, he actually smirked.
Next to the entryway closet, she found a half bathroom and turned on the light inside. Unimpressive. âThe paint is sloppy in there. Itâs not plumb, either. The dark paint on the walls against the white ceiling accentuates that. Thereâs a wave going on in there that almost makes me seasick.â
Zoe crossed the entryway and opened the door to the two-car garage. She peeked her head in to look around quickly and shut the door before turning back to Aidan. âThereâs a crack in the concrete floor by the electrical box. Sometimes concrete does that but if youâre going to patch it, make sure that it doesnât look like a patch.â
The smirk broadened slightly.
Zoe typed a couple more notes and walked into the living area until she was standing about three feet away from Aidan. She met his eyes briefly before turning around and facing the entryway from this angle. With a tilt of her head she stopped and frowned. âItâs out of plumb on the garage side of the entryway. If you stand here you can see the curve in the wall.â She didnât wait to see if heâd look; she had a feeling he was already well aware of all of the problems.
Doing a slow three-sixty turn, she stopped and typed, then faced the living area. âThe color is wrong in here.â Lifting her head, she looked directly at him. âGranted, I donât know what color you were going for but this is too yellow. You can see those beautiful, dark chocolate-colored cabinets in the kitchen from here. Between those and the dark floors, the walls are all wrong.â
âTell me why,â he said deeply.
âYouâve got some amazing colors going between the floors, the cabinets and the stone in the fireplace. This color on the walls doesnât do any of it justice. Itâs a yellowish beige, and itâs boring. You want something that is going to complement everything that youâve done. You want a color that people are going to walk in here and go âwowâ.â Looking around again, Zoe shrugged. âThis doesnât inspire. This is the weekend-warrior-handyman special.â
As soon as the words were out of her mouth, Zoe regretted them. Maybe he liked that yellow. Maybe heâd chosen it and it was the one color Sarah hadnât substituted. Why couldnât she just keep it professional? Sheâd never had trouble focusing with any of her other clients.
She turned and looked at him and noticed that the smirk was gone. He looked pissed. Okay, there were two ways she could play this. She could immediately apologize and grovel a bit or she could move on and hope she was just blowing it out of proportion.
âI think we can do something better with the furniture.â And option two it is! âThe sectional is fine but we can jazz it up once we change the colors in here.â Moving to the kitchen she went on for about five minutes about the things she saw that werenât quite rightâbrush strokes in the paint, crooked glass tile in the backsplashâand decided to stop there. His silence was killing her. She typed a few last notes on her tablet before putting it down and leaning against the countertop.
âDo I pass?â she asked.
âExcuse me?â
âI take it that this is a test to determine if I can see that the problem is in the details. Let me assure you, Mr. Shaughnessy, that I do. I have a real problem with craftsmen who rush through a job and put out shoddy work. I think the homeowner deserves a house that has been put together perfectly. And as for the finishes and decorating,â she said as she stood a bit taller, âwe want potential buyers to come in here and not only want to buy this house, but to want their own to look as perfect as the model. If not better.â She paused and shrugged. âNot that it will be possible because the model will be perfect on steroids.â There, Zoe thought, he canât be pissed at me if he knows that Iâm a perfectionist too.
He quirked a dark brow at her. As much as Aidan hated to admit it, he was impressed. And he wasnât impressed easily. Zoe Dalton had not only seen everything that he wanted her to see, but she had even picked up on an issue or two that had escaped him.
Not an easy thing to do.
Aidan continued to stand there and look at her, so Zoe figured sheâd better nudge him along. âAre we ready to hit the upstairs? I have a list of problems with that staircase.â
And in that moment Aidan Shaughnessy thought that he just may have met his match.

I recently sat down to have a Cup of Coffee with the Shaughnessy siblings. This is one chat I’ve been looking forward to!
First things first – I’m having my usual Latte with Coconut Milk
What’s in your mug?
Aidan – Black coffee, 2 sugars
Hugh – Caramel Macchiatto (and Quinn will make fun of him for it)
Quinn – Dark Roast coffee, cream and sugar
Riley – Cappucino
Owen – Chai Latte
Darcy – Dark Chocolate Truffle Mocha
Thank you so much for hanging out. I’m thrilled you were all able to make it. Let’s get this started.
What is on your playlist while you are working?
Aidan â You know, I donât even pay attention to the music I listen to. I normally put on a classic rock station and it all becomes background noise to me.
Riley â Hey! I take offense to that! Youâre supposed to say that you listen to my latest CD â or all of my music all the time!
Quinn â UghâŚseriously?
Aidan â (chuckling and shaking his head) UmâŚsure. Okay.
Darcy â I canât even listen to your music at school anymore, Riley. People in the dorm go crazy and start asking if Iâll introduce them to you.
Hugh â Is that why you wonât listen to him at work, Aidan? Afraid your construction crew will become hysterical and want to meet Riley?
Aidan â (still laughing) Exactly!
Riley â You guys are idiots.
What is your favorite flavor of ice-cream?
Aidan â I enjoy a good chocolate ice cream. A classic.
Quinn â (quietly snorting with laughter) Figures.
Aidan â Whatâs that supposed to mean?
Riley â I would have thought heâd say vanilla
Owen â thereâs nothing wrong with chocolate. As a matter of fact, chocolate ice cream is createdâŚ
Quinn â No! No science talk!
 Aidan â So umâŚyeah. Chocolate.
What is it like to have so many meddling relatives interested in your love life?
Aidan â It isâŚ
Darcy â You donât have any idea what meddling is! Do you know how hard it is to get a boyfriend when you have FIVE older brothers constantly getting in your face? Let me tell you, itâsâŚ
Quinn â Enough, Darce. Seriously. If these potential boyfriends canât take the heat of a couple of innocent questions from your brothersâŚ
Darcy â You threatened to break Tommy Kaneâs knees. How is that innocent in any way?
Hugh â Weâre just looking out for you and making sure youâre with a guy worthy of you.
Owen â Werenât we talking about Aidan?
Aidan â Thanks, bro. I was kind of enjoying the attention shifting for a little while.
Riley â Oh, come on, Aidan. We werenât so bad when you and Zoe got together. Admit it.
Aidan â You mean other than both you and Hugh asking her to dance? Flirting with her?
Riley â (laughing) Oh yeahâŚ
Hugh â Sheâs a great dancer tooâŚ
Aidan â Thatâs enough. (Shakes head) In answer to your original question â itâs annoying as hell!
What is your favorite movie to watch? Can you agree on a movie?
Aidan â Die Hard
Hugh â Die Hard
Riley â Die Hard
Quinn â Die Hard
Owen â Do I have to say Die Hard, too?
Darcy â Yes you do! (sighs dramatically). As you can tell, we can sort of agree. But yeah, Die Hard.
Dream vacation destination?
Aidan â UmâŚ
Hugh â You canât ask Aidan that. He doesnât know how to take a vacation. Hell, he rarely even leaves town.
Aidan â thatâs why itâs called a DREAM vacation, jackass. Letâs seeâŚ
Riley â I bet he says something obvious like Hawaii.
Darcy â Thatâs my dreamâŚ
Owen â Hawaii is great for star gazing. I was once there for a conference and we were watching the skies forâŚ
Quinn â Youâre doing it again!
Owen â Sorry.
Aidan â Letâs say my dream vacation would be anywhere these guys arenât!
Chocolate or Vanilla?
Aidan â Chocolate.
Hugh â Chocolate. But with some whipped cream.
Quinn â And some hot fudge! And a cherry on top.
Riley â Are we seriously competing with who has the bigger bowl of ice cream? (Laughs) Then I want to add some crushed up Oreos and some melted marshmallow.
Owen â I kind of like vanillaâŚ
Darcy â Of course you do. Chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips in it. Yum!
Who’s neater?
Aidan, Hugh, Quinn, Riley and Darcy â OWEN!
Owen â (Shrugging) Me.
Working at a luxury resort must have it’s perks, when did you know that was the life for you?
Hugh â AahhhâŚfinally. Some questions for me! (Winks) One of my first jobs was working at a coastal resort doing odd jobs. I found that I enjoyed learning all the aspects of it and then I would troubleshoot and see what I would do differently. I liked the idea of having something small and private. Intimate. A couples getaway that didnât require going to the islands. Once the idea formed, things just fell in to place. My father helped me finance my first resort and it was such a success that the others were done in fairly quick succession.
Aidan â Ask him about his personal rooms and apartments at each of the resorts. (Snickers)
Hugh â Shut up. So I like thingsâŚa certain way.
Quinn â A certain way? Or exactly the same in all twelve resorts.
Hugh â (Shrugging) All of my spaces at the resorts are identical. (Glares at siblings) There? Satisfied.
Are you used to getting your way all the time?
Hugh, Aidan, Quinn and Riley â YES!
Darcy â I never get my wayâŚ
(Collective groan from all brothers)
Owen â It doesnât really matter to me.
Quinn â Who even says that? Of course it matters!
Owen â If you guys get your way all the time, then that has to mean that someone doesnât. Thatâs usually me.
Riley â DudeâŚ
Aidan â Clearly thatâs a therapy session for another time.
I had a blast guys. Thanks so much for hanging out with me!

New York Times and USA Today Bestseller/contemporary romance writer Samantha Chase released her debut novel, Jordanâs Return, in November 2011. Although she waited until she was in her 40âs to publish for the first time, writing has been a lifelong passion. Her motivation to take that step was her students: teaching creative writing to elementary age students all the way up through high school and encouraging those students to follow their writing dreams gave Samantha the confidence to take that step as well.
When sheâs not working on a new story, she spends her time reading contemporary romances, playing way too many games of Scrabble or Solitaire on Facebook and spending time with her husband of 25 years and their two sons in North Carolina.

Mar 21, 2016 | Blog, March 2016, Samantha Chase
Rae: I want to welcome Samantha Chase to the blog who is here to dish about the Shaughnessy Family. Congratulations on your upcoming release of Love Walks In, the second book in the Shaughnessy Brothers series which will hit bookshelves April 5, 2016. For those readers who are not familiar with the series can you tell us a little bit about the Shaughnessy Family?Â
SAMANTHA: The Shaughnessy family consists of five brothers and one sister. They are a traditional Irish family who lost their matriarch at a young age. Aidan â the oldest â was 18 when his mother died and his sister Darcy was the baby of the family at only 10 months. Their mother was the heart of the family and when we meet up with them in this series, we are seeing how losing her affected them all in different ways.
Rae: How are they connected to the Montgomery Brothers ? (another must read series – click to read about them )
Samantha: As for how theyâre connected to the Montgomerys, the two families knew each other when they were kids â but it was the Montgomery cousins (Ryder, James, Zach and Summer) who knew them. Aidan has done work for James and Selena Montgomery as well as for Ethan and Summer Reed. We havenât had a major crossover or anything yet. Itâs all just been briefly mentioned in the Montgomery books â âMeant for Youâ and âIâll Be Thereâ.
Rae: So far we’ve met Aidan who own his own construction company and he is definitely set in his ways. What research did you do to prepare for that book? I know we talked before about this but I have to say I was looking around the house for anything that needed to be “fixed” so I had an excuse to buy my husband more tools đ after reading Made For Us.
Samantha: My husband is in construction and has been for over 25 years so the lingo was very familiar to me. Plus, we had just moved in to a brand new house when I was working on this book and we had been having a LOT of dealings with the builder on issues my husband was finding so I thought it would be fun to use some of that in the story. My husband is a perfectionist and sees things no one else sees. Itâs both a blessing and a curse!
Rae: In your newest book, the second book in the series, we meet Hugh. This amazing must read is set at an upscale hotel and there is a lot of mention about fine wines. Were there trips to vineyards, tastings or getaways to research for this?
Samantha: Okay, hereâs the funnies thing â I donât drink! I hate wine! HoweverâŚone of my closest friends DOES work for a wine distributor and she talks about wines a LOT. Almost to the point of my eyes glazing over. Iâve gone to the warehouse and walked around and heard just enough to be dangerous â or to use it in a book. Lol!
Rae: What about Bordeaux Bill, he’s a character. How did he find his way into the story?
Samantha: Yup, Bordeaux Bill is my friendâs boss and he is an absolute RIOT. The first time I met him â and I mean literally the FIRST time, I knew he had to be in a book. He is loud and obnoxious and doesnât really care who he offends, but heâs got a heart of gold. He was a little disappointed that he wasnât the hero of the story â and wasnât getting a love scene â but I think I did him justice.
I think that Bill’s character really was the first part of the story that I really mapped out! Because he’s someone I really know, I already had it worked out what I wanted him to do and the things I wanted him to say so I built a lot of the story around him! Kind of funny that the secondary character got the star treatment!
Rae: I love your new cover designs – fun, flirty and so romantic.
Samantha: Arenât they beautiful? I am so excited about this new direction! And each book cover just gets better and better. Although I will admitâŚmy absolute favorite is on the third book in the series â âAlways My Girlâ â which doesnât come out until July.
Rae: For the Shaughnessy’s how many books will the series have? What about any crossovers between the series?
Samantha:Â The Shaughnessy series will have six books and there is going to be a trilogy that is an off-shoot of it, but Iâm not going to share anything else on them yet! Itâs a secret!
Rae: The Montgomery Brothers had six books – can you tell us if there will be anymore?
Samantha:Â As for the Montgomerys, nothing is on the calendar but I do have three more stories left that I want to tell. Itâs just a matter of finding the time to write them!
Rae: Thank you so much for joining me on the blog this week. I can’t wait to share The Shaughnessy Brothers Series with readers.

What do you look for in a woman? (50 words or less) I used to be all about the looks â mainly because women were always chasing after me. I had superficial relationships, now I look for a woman who sees more than a rock star, a celebrity. I want to find someone who just sees me.
Describe yourself in 100 words or less: Confident. Talented. And currently, mildly insecure. I have always loved music, loved to sing and if I couldnât do that, I donât know what Iâd do with myself. Music is just a part of me. I put my partying ways behind me â not that I had much of one. Iâm just as comfortable on stage in front of thousands of people, as I am at home watching TV.

What do you look for in a woman? (50 words or less) Iâll admit to being a little shallow here â I am all about looks. Tall, blonde, curvyâŚand thatâs about it.
Describe yourself in 100 words or less: Like I said, Iâm the fun one. I am all about living life to the fullest. I enjoy sports â all sports â and I hate to be idle. Hawke (Cold Fury Hockey Novel) by Sawyer Bennett sizzles. I am a huge hockey fan and love a great hockey romance. This has everything you are looking for – great hockey, amazingly sexy players and a super H-O-T story!
Hawke Therrien is a defenseman who enjoys having a great time both off and on the ice. Hawke worked his way up from the minors to playing with the big boys. If only he hadn’t had been pushed into leaving the one woman he loved behind.
Vale Campbell was a wild girl and lived on the edge. When she pushes Hawke away she’s careful to never reveal why and it’s haunted her, how could he have ignored her attempts to reach out to him?
When Vale is thrust back into Hawke’s life will they be able to work together? She’s no longer the same girl he once knew and has changed, will this new look mean the old “Vale” is gone? It becomes clear that there are still feelings between them and issues still unresolved. Will she find the courage to confront Hawke?
If you’ve ready any of Sawyers books in this series you know the stories are full of family conflict, secrets, challenges and tension.
Every time I read a Cold Fury Hockey Novel they get more raw, and gritty. It’s drenched with passion and you will consume it in one sitting.
Sawyer, please keep these delicious hockey boys coming. I hope there are more!
A superb series full of emotion, steam and sizzle with characters that will tease, taunt and satisfy even the pickiest of readers. With five books to choose from â sit back and enjoy!
With the heat and intensity in this book I give it 3 Peppers as itâs pretty hot and might offend. For mature readers 18+

Las Vegas is the city of sin and Bailey Rueben is only there to retrieve something her ex-boyfriend stole from her. If only she was a bit more assertive and confident. Hopefully she wouldn’t get cold feet and leave Vegas empty handed.

Will he finally get a promotion at work? These assumptions are just exhausting. Perhaps he needs to change his image and the solution is closer than he realized.
When Lance and Bailey run into each other they will both discover that they are searching for the same thing and that they are worthy of a happily-ever-after. Lance will discover that Bailey has something he can’t get out of his system. I’m in love with any man who wears super sexy suits đ Bailey will discover that she is beautiful and totally worthy of having it all!

Entangled, please keep these gems coming!
I received this ARC from the publisher for a fair and honest review. This two pepper spicy latte read has just enough size to make you tingle and is for mature readers, 18+.
Check out this Excerpt provided by the author:
Her gaze zeroed in on the fine blond hairs sprinkled like gold dust along his sun-tanned skin. The silver band of his watch glinted in the light as he moved, switching to his other arm. Rolled up sleeves should have made her feel anything unusual, but the way he did it, so slow and languidâas though he was fully aware of the effect he had on herâmade it all the more enticing.
Her mind carried the action forward, this tame and benign form of undressing extrapolating out until she pictured him unbuttoning his shirt and yanking at the belt on his waist. Sliding the wool pants down his legs.
âSo, how long have we been going out?â she asked, cringing at how soft and breathy her voice had become.
Youâre one step short of being a drooling animal. Get a goddamn grip, Bailey Amanda Reuben!
But the only thing she wanted to get a grip on was him.
âHow long ago did you break up?â
âOnly six weeks.â
âOkay, why donât we say weâve been dating for a month?â A slow grin stretched across his face. âWeâre still in the honeymoon phase and having lots of fantastic sex. How does that sound?â
How did it sound? Like everything she hadnât realized that sheâd wanted until this very moment.
Sipping on her water, she willed her hormones to stop screaming at her. âMy boyfriendâŚâ She played with the idea in her mind as a cat might play with a toy on a string.
Want curled low in her gut. For once she wouldnât seem weak. She wouldnât be poor little Bailey, âthe weird girl,â ending up on her own yet again. False as it might be, the promise of Julianâs shocked face was tempting. Very tempting.
âHow do you think heâll react?â Lance asked as their food arrived at the table.
âHeâll be surprised, I think.â The scent of freshly baked pastries wafted up and tickled her nose. She tore off one end of the croissant and then popped it into her mouth, chewing as she considered the possibilities. âJealous? I donât know. I guess Iâm not too good at predicting these kinds of things.â
âRight.â
âHeâs the kind of guy who always likes to have the upper hand and to be the one in a position of power. Seeing me with youâŚâ She busied herself with pulling apart the rest of the flaky pastry. âWell, youâre clearly an upgrade.â
âAre you flirting with me, Bailey?â
âI donât flirt.â She reached for her drink and relished the cooling liquid rushing down her throat. âIâm simply stating a fact. According to the things humans find conventionally attractive, you tick many boxes.â
He raised a blond brow. âHow so?â
âYouâre veryâŚsymmetrical.â
The sound of his laugh was like thunder rumbling in the distance. Something she should have taken as a warning but instead she found compelling and kind of thrilling. âI donât think anyone has ever said that to me before.â
âOh, itâs true. Your eyes are set apart a nice distance and your nose is straight. I can seeâŚâ She paused when she realized that he hadnât meant it as an invitation for her to explain her theory. âYou have a nice face.â
âSo do you.â
She shrugged and fought the natural urge to dodge the compliment with a counter argument. âThanks.â
âI donât know your ex, but my gut tells me that he made a stupid mistake in letting you go.â Lance bit into his cherry Danish and his tongue darted out to catch a smear of red jam at the corner of his lip. âPeople donât usually get you, do they?â
A lump formed in her throat. âWhat makes you say that?â
âYouâre quirky.â
She rolled her eyes. âThatâs a polite way of putting it.â
Start your vacation to sin city now!
Author Bio:

Growing up, Stefanie came from a family of women who loved to read. Her favourite activity was going shopping with her Nan during school holidays, where she would sit on the floor of the bookstore with her little sister and painstakingly select the books to spend her allowance on. Â Thankfully, Nan was a patient woman.
Thus, it was no surprise Stefanie was the sort of student who would read her English books before the semester started. After sneaking several literature subjects into her âvery practicalâ Business degree, she got a job in Communications. When writing emails and newsletters didnât fulfil her creative urges, she turned to fiction and was finally able to write the stories that kept her mind busy at night.
Now she lives with her very own hero and dreams of travelling the world. She frequently indulges in her passions for good coffee, French perfume, high heels and zombie movies. Recently she gave up her day job to write sexy, contemporary romance stories and she couldnât be happier.
