There is nothing better on a cold winter day than lunch with a friend, seafood chowder, and a surprise snow shower.
While I have not posted lately I have been busy reading over the past few weeks. I am excited to share all the fabulous books I’ve devoured and bookish content planned.
Thankful for my cozy reading spot, comfy blankets, and plenty of options to keep my mug filled now that I have myย @pittsfordfarmsdairyย eggnog! All I need is a few logs on the fire and I’ll be good for a few days!
In a short while my nest will be full for the holidays. I can’t believe that there are eleven sleeps left until a new year and I plan to fill each day with family, friends, and fun.
With only a few final touches left before the holidays begin next week I have plenty of time to bake, read, and enjoy the season.

A battle of survival for Kai to uncover her identity and purpose. Who can be trusted?
At times the pacing was a little slower than I preferred but my desire to uncover the secrets, deception, and lies kept me going. Add in morally grey characters and a slow burn and I was excited to flip the last page.
A romantasy with a slow burn sprinkled with a dash of spice, lots of suspense, world building with plenty of twists and turns leaves you gasping as you turn the last page.
