1. You’ve been tasked with naming the next “it” nail polish. What color is it? What’s it called?
Samantha Chase: – No idea! Lol! Nail colors are seriously not my thing. I get a French on my fingers and either red, pink, or coral on my toes.
Mariah: – Red and I’m calling it “Seduction.”
2. What are the top three things on your bucket list?
Samantha:
– To walk the red carpet at a movie premier for one of my books
– To go to London
– To own a beach house
Mariah:
1. Travel outside the US
2. See one of my books in a Barnes and Noble
3. Learn to play the Hurdygurdy
3. What signature dish does everyone ask you to bring?
Samantha: – My chicken parm. It is a favorite of almost everyone I make it for. It used to be my eggplant parm, but somehow it got switched! LOL!
Mariah: My pasta salad. It’s delicious!
4. What song sums up your life?
Samantha: – Living on a Prayer – Bon Jovi

5. In some stores there is Christmas merchandise out, what word would you use to describe what we are seeing?
Samantha: – UGH!! (But seriously, too soon!!)
Mariah: Happiness!
6. It’s back-to-school season, what does that look like in your house? Has your nest grown and flown? (Just happy the kids are back in school. You’re in the cave -don’t care. It’s the best time of year ‘cuz the kids are back in school, or No idea I’m in my bat cave and haven’t seen sunlight for days.)
Samantha: – Our nest has flown ☹
Mariah: FREEEEEEEDOM!!!!!!! LOL, but seriously my kiddos are back in school which means I get 6 hours of uninterrupted writing time! I’m the house manager so I still have work outside of writing (cleaning, groceries, errands, etc), but I usually spend all morning at my desk getting words in and it’s glorious!
