If you are looking for a hockey romance that has lots of page turning fun, banter, hilarious laugh-out-loud scenes, and layers of sinfully sweet scorchin’ heat you’ll want to read this book.

The Games Gods Play by Abigail Owen is a refreshing mythological adventure in a world that ignites from the very first page. If you are looking for a book with Percy Jackson series or The Hungers Games vibes this New Adult Romantasy might be for you. An epic adventure filled with Gods, mystical creatures, curses, forbidden love, and a slow burn that sparks spicy. There is also plenty of witty banter, lots of tension, and a ton of heart stopping moments.
Lyra Keres is a loveable badass heroine who must become bold, brave, and willing to do anything to make it to the end. Will she sacrifice those she cares about to advance, or play by the rules? What will happen when her survival depends upon the one God feared by most, Hades?
At 600+ captivating pages there were plenty of characters to love and hate through the twist and turns as we discover who has the strength, wisdom, and heart to make it to the last page. Oh, and be warned, the ending might leave you with a gasp or scream. Abigail and Red Tower Books I hope readers will not have to wait too long to find out what happens next.
If you are a Kindle Unlimited reader this is in KU. I can’t wait to get a copy with those sprayed edges – they are stunning!
Heat: ☕🔥🔥🔥 A Spicy read best enjoyed with your favorite iced-beverage, a cozy chair, and maybe a fan.

Sometimes you read a book and you know after the first sentence it’s going to be a book that leaves you laughing wondering where the plot is headed. This is one of those books! Trust me when I say it only gets better and I could not put this down.
A bridesmaid for hire, a billionaire investor, a plan, a disguise, and a secret mission. When Hardy asks Everly for help in his quest to reconnect with his ex it will take him on a journey he never imagined.
What would a story be without family conflict, friends to lovers, HOT chemistry and a ton of assumptions. Now add banter and texts that leave you with all the feels and laughing at the same time.
Will the family issues destroy the happy reunion? Will the secrets and threats jeopardize the Bridesmaid for Hire program?
Did I mention she falls first but he falls harder? Will a friendship lead to something better? Let the fun begin!
While this is the second book in a series and has interconnected characters it can be read as a standalone.

This Scorchin Ho read may lead to unexpected need to turn on the A/C. So steamy the pages ignite. Meghan Quinn has a huge backlist with plenty of adventures and readers … she’s in kindle unlimited which means reading for days! I received an arc from Meghan Quinn for a fair and honest review. All opinions are my own.
Q: Which do you prefer – she falls first or he falls first?

The only thing better than book mail is a surprise e-book. Thank you so much Red Tower Books for a copy of this to read.
It seems sending two kids off to college and making sure they are both settled required more energy than expected. I am a tad behind in a few arcs and working hard to finish them all.
Readers this cover and those edges…they are stunning. I can’t wait to see them in person.
I can’t wait to share my thoughts with you soon…
If you need me tonight I am sitting in my comfy chair curled up reading The Games Gods Play while the O’s game is on. Waiting for the late start as they are out in LA playing the Dogers.
Multitasking! I need to be prepared for those game updates when my kiddo calls. Must remember there is a 30 second delay as we are watching on different networks.
Go. Pre-order. Get your copy.

Q: Can you read while the tv is on or do you need absolute silence?
