Itโs bad enough I have to fly home for a funeral.
Not just any funeral either. My exโs funeral. Where I have to give the eulogy.
Letโs just say he was an ex for a reason, and Iโd much rather write a speech about his flaws than wax poetic about what a great person he was. But I just couldnโt bring myself to say no to his mom when she asked.

I just have to get through the funeral and then itโs a whole month of relaxing on the beach with my oldest friends.

All they have to do is listen to the doctor, follow the instructions, and be open-minded.
