The exploration is more explicit between characters that may include dirty talk, detailed intimate moments, or suggested desire of what they would like to do with their partner. This moment might also be expressed before, during, or after intimacy, spicy e-mails, letters, or texting.

Readers can expect multiple detailed scenes or moments that leave no doubt there is a medium level of heat.

Romance author Posey Evans devises a plan to research the world of racing for her next book. Will she have enough time to research before everyone finds out her secret?

Lex Hamilton needs to clean up his image and change his attitude. Will the damage control be enough to save his career or will it destroy everything?

When the heat ignites Lex will need to make a choice. Will he continue his bad boy ways or finally find a way to have what he really wants?

While this can be read as a standalone I love the interconnected characters from Sawyer’s world of hockey. The spicy banter, twists, and a few surprises make this the perfect gift for yourself or the booklover in your life.

I loved listening to the audiobook as an extension of reading adding another layer enhancing the full experience with dual narration allowing Lex and Posey leaping off the pages. Narrated by Sean Masters @seanmastersaudio and Kit Swann @kitswannvo they brought to life a world from a beloved author.

Caution headphones on when you approach Chapter 12 – it was 🔥 and I’m addicted to listening while reading. I can’t wait to see who narrates the next Race Fever book.
